Order processing times are as follows:

Original Doggie Condo: In stock orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days.
Custom Crafted Doggie Condo: Since each Custom Crafted Doggie Condo is handcrafted to order, please allow 4–6 weeks for manufacture and delivery.
Custom Crafted Doggie Condo — Special Order: Due to the customized nature of this product, please allow a minimum of 8-10 weeks for manufacture and delivery. Additional time may be necessary if fabric and stain swatches need to be sent for approval.
Custom Curved Doggie Condo Pillow: In stock orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days.
Please allow more time orders placed during busy seasons. Orders paid by check will ship after the check has cleared. |
Billing Terms
Visa and MasterCard accepted. COD shipments are not available. Orders paid by check will ship after the check has cleared. A $25.00 fee will be applied to N.S.F. (Non-Sufficient Funds) checks.
Customer Satisfaction
At Zoedog Design, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our product. We stand behind the quality of our product and will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 610-703-3212 within 7 days of receipt. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: The Original Doggie Condo is not returnable once assembled.
Please note: Due to their made-to-order nature, the Custom Crafted Doggie Condo and the Custom Crafted Doggie Condo — Special Order are not returnable.
Upon signing of a contract for the Custom Crafted Doggie Condo or Custom Crafted Doggie Condo — Special Order, a 50% deposit is needed to start production. Due to the customized nature of our product, once a contract has been signed and production has begun changes in colors, fabrics and style may not be possible. Please contact Zoedog Design with questions.
Cancellation of a Custom Crafted Doggie Condo or Custom Crafted Doggie Condo — Special Order is possible prior to shipment. However, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
