Do you make a Doggie Condo for big dogs?
Unfortunately, we do not have a Doggie Condo that would accommodate the sleeping area for larger dogs such as labs and German shepherds. However, we have many happy big dog customers that use the area at the bottom of their Doggie Condo as a toybox for their big dogs.

Where can I buy a Doggie Condo?

Is the Original Doggie Condo available in any other colors?
Currently, the Original Doggie Condo is only available in Woodland Cherry. For additional color options, please consider a Custom Crafted or Custom Crafted Doggie Condo — Special Order.

Can I purchase the Doggie Condo™ outside of the U.S.A.?
Currently, the Doggie Condo is shipping in the U.S.A. and Canada. If you live outside the U.S.A. or Canada and would like to purchase a Doggie Condo, please email info@doggiecondo.com so that we my notify you if/when purchasing will be available.

Is a pillow or blanket included with the Doggie Condo?
Purchases of the Custom Crafted and Custom Crafted Doggie Condo — Special Order include a Custom Curved Doggie Condo pillow. Please see the specifications page for each model for details. A pillow or a blanket is not included with the purchase of an Original Doggie Condo; however, pillows are available for separate purchase. Please see our accessories page.

What do I put in the bottom of the Doggie Condo for my pet to sleep on?
Custom curved, coordinating pillows are available separately. You can also use your dog's own favorite pillow or blanket.

How do I accustom my pet to his/her new home?
Your pet will need some time to adjust to his/her new den. Place your pet’s favorite blanket, pillow, and or toy in the bottom of the Doggie Condo. You may entice your pet with treats to go in the Doggie Condo, but don't force your pet. Some pets may take a few days or weeks to become comfortable, but before you know it, your pet will be loving his or her new home.

Do I need to use the hook?
No. The hook is optional and does not need to be used.

Does it matter which side I position the hook?
If you choose to use the hook, you may position it on either side of the Doggie Condo.

Is the Doggie Condo available in any other sizes?
Currently, the Original Doggie Condo is only available in one size. The Custom Crafted Doggie Condo is available in two different sizes. Other sizing options may be possible with the Custom Crafted Doggie Condo — Special Order. Please contact Zoedog Design directly.
